As someone who does exercise a great deal (I just breathlessness finished about 40 minutes of lifting & doing crunches before I logged online & my abs are sore), I am very insulted by this whole idea. This kind of crap certainly breathlessness would not encourage me to become more active. I have been known to eat some potato chips on occasion, & when I am thirsty for a soda (6 or 8 times a year usually), I have one. However, I also indulge in a lot of "healthy" things, & I know plenty of naturally thin people who spend lots of time planted in front of the tv eating chips & drinking soda...or beer.
