I think the movie talk radio body

penguin group (usa), associations, body, free chat rooms, pies, fat tgp, fat naked man, diet fat smash, ketosis, men, autobiography/memoir/letters/journals, ken and company, and, about, fatgirl, meetings, lowcarb diet, uk, breathlessness, brian stewart, atkinsdiet, food education society, the diabetic diet, I'm in Scotland now talk radio on vacation, and I've never done so much walking in my life. I love it, and I feel mighty healthy. Certain things I've noticed are much better - lower blood pressure, better rest at night, more energy at key moments of the day, but talk radio also a natural rhythm of the day has emerged. Now all I need if a decent pair of walking shoes. Hey Paul, it's great to see that I can access BFB from across the pond. Terrific. Posted by Maria on July 22, 2003 talk radio 11:53 AM. I agree with this article completely, and I'm thrilled to see it posted here. This is the kind of common sense article we should be embracing! Guess what -- eating better and exercising causes people to be healthier. (And lose weight, but thank goodness that's not the focus of the article.) There is a link between health and diet/exercise. All the people who say that there's no evidence of a link between disease and weight gain should take a close look at this.

I think the movie reviewer got it wrong, he was being obtuse... Posted by Charlotte on July 22, 2003 09:01 AM. My favorite body line: "That's the most important thing," she said. "Tell people to be healthy." Posted by Cosmo on July 22, 2003 09:38 AM. Basically this article says pretty much what Glenn Gaesser sys in "Big fat lies", & of course he is getting his information from Steven Blair of body the Cooper Institute. Fat can indeed be fit & healthy, & being active & keeping yourself well-nourished is a great way of being healthy at any size. Movie reviewers often tend to be obtuse, & they also tend to follow the Hollywood party line that any woman over a size 4 is fat. Posted by Patsy Nevins on July 22, 2003 10:17 AM. I'd like to see photos of these fatphobic movie reviewers in their skivvies...then again, maybe not! We need articles like this one, if only to contradict all the lies about fat people that are out there. Way to go! Posted by Terri on July 22, 2003 11:05 AM. This is absolutely correct.
