I'm in Scotland now talk radio on vacation, and I've never done so much walking in my life. I love it, and I feel mighty healthy. Certain things I've noticed are much better - lower blood pressure, better rest at night, more energy at key moments of the day, but talk radio also a natural rhythm of the day has emerged. Now all I need if a decent pair of walking shoes. Hey Paul, it's great to see that I can access BFB from across the pond. Terrific. Posted by Maria on July 22, 2003 talk radio 11:53 AM. I agree with this article completely, and I'm thrilled to see it posted here. This is the kind of common sense article we should be embracing! Guess what -- eating better and exercising causes people to be healthier. (And lose weight, but thank goodness that's not the focus of the article.) There is a link between health and diet/exercise. All the people who say that there's no evidence of a link between disease and weight gain should take a close look at this.
