In fact, it was the subject of my masters project, completed in 1991 at Cal State University Sacramento. I have been procrasting on my own book, but kathleen this has given me real incentive to finish it. Maybe people will finally start to listen! To the previous poster, one of the hallmarks of a moral panic is getting so caught up in the "indisputable" nature of the "evidence" one is unable to kathleen see any other perspective.
