She is being hyperbolic and misleading and it is insulting to the hungry and poor people who live right here in this country and elsewhere. How far can someone stretch these unbalanced comparisons? My dinner would have fed 4 people who have just had WLS and have a stomach the size of a thumb - does that mean I've just eaten way too much?
