I saw Queen Latifah on Jay Lenno fat man a few months ago. She did say she had been working out and lost like 30 fat man pounds. Jay is the one that brought it up and made a big deal out of it, she more or less shrugged it off. I have also seen Al Roker on late night TV talking about how much weight he has lost. On Connan O'Brian (sp) he spent most of his time talking about how thin he is. I dont like to look at Al anymore. I was kind of fond of Missy Elliot when she first became popular. |

I want to re-read her book because as I recall, she was the poster child for "Dieting Doesn't wales chat Work." She would starve herself and then whip up a batch wales chat of cookies and eat the whole thing, repeatedly. Sometimes that's not even under voluntary control. You can be in a 225 lb. body and still starving from the dieting. Does anyone know where she is today? Re: Queen Latifah: I imagine it's possible to lose 40 lbs after having major surgery.
