A woman on a Virgin flight was seated next to a fat person, and claimed to be medically injured by the fat person. She went to a hospital after landing, and was "bedridden" for a month. A British court agreed ">awarded her £13,000. Before taking off, the freelance writer had complained in the first instance to the cabin crew about sitting next to the overweight woman, who had booked two seats on her outward bound flight to London, but not on the return leg. |
