I do know that she never calls her former self "disgusting" or brag about being "sexier" after having WLS; she only says that she was content with her body as it was but healthwise she was uncomfortable. I honestly can't think of anyone who I don't respect now (because they've lost weight). I don't like to *look* at some of them because they don't good now, like Al Roker, who looks scary to me now. I love Kathy Bates and I loved her nude scene in 'About Schmidt'. |

And much kudos to their dad, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, for his constant praise of them and for loving them just as they are. Beautiful. As for those who make me cringe, I have to agree with all of you on Carnie Wilson, Ann Wilson (she was a major role model for me in her prime--sad), Oprah Winfrey (she & Dr. Phil can take a flying leap for all I care), Al Roker (I refuse to watch any of his Food Network shows also), Ricki Lake and Roseanne. |
