| so i walk everywhere now (just as i did when i lived in nyc) and yes even when its cold out (the booty doesn't care - no movement, no calories burned period). i have comcast and they have a variety of exercise programs on woman demand. i am a vegetarian who just happens to be a junk-a-holic, so i have had woman to exorcise the to's (cheetos, doritos, ho ho's) out of my life and i have to woman say. that alone is making a diference in the way i feel. more water. less soda. only a hit of chocolate (i.e, a kiss or minature) a few times a week as opposed to a whole bag of kisses. you get the point... 01.24.06, 12:11 PM — No Fat Chicks said: There should be scales to weigh in at the door of bars to keep any girl over 130 lbs out.
