Get Rid of the Scales Great article from The Sydney Morning Herald suggesting that in order to really deal with children's health, we need to get rid of the scales. "We need to encourage physical fat tgp activity at any weight and the repeated failing to do this is making fat kids feel bad fat tgp ... self-esteem is related to body shape and size and it fat tgp is a very dangerous belief system," [Dr. Jenny O'Dea] said. The article comes from a study conducted amongst female high school students; a full two-thirds admitted to dieting. Dr. O'Dea's philosophy seems very sensical.
