A Chicago free chat rooms Tribune article notes that companies are going to start obesity interventions by performing such "helpful" tasks as free chat rooms weight-management meetings and generally making things hard for fat folks. The reason? Money, of course: For example, employers spend 77 percent more on prescription drugs for the seriously overweight, Helen Darling said. Darling is the head of a lobbying group, the Washington Business Group on Health. I of course wonder if this figure is due to poor health or size; free chat rooms I'm certain the group would say that it's due to both. What's worse, though, is the coming corporate-backed tyrade against obesity. It's been clear that the government hasn't been able to make Americans thin, so now it's the companies' turn. |
