No, not a first class upgrade, but just a better coach seat? Like certain aisle seats or in a seat in an exit row with more legroom? Northwest posted the new add-on erotic art option on its website today, along with a picture of a seating chart. The green seats cost more. Northwest isn't the only airline tacking on extra fees to pull in more revenue. Some of the add-ons are subtle. At United for example, it's $25 more for a heavy bag weighing over 50 pounds instead of 70 pounds. Two dollars to check your baggage at the curb.
