I also said that we could search for another lawyer, or use the money in some other way. All the money is there for refunding. If any person that donated wants their money to go to Debbie, charity case they can be refunded and arrange that with her. This is the most honest way that I can think of to approach this. Debbie feels that I am lying because I said that she broke the original agreement. While the charity case original intent was to reimburse her for charity case intervening in the case, I felt that each donor should make the decision of whether they wanted their money transferred to another client, or refunded back to them.
