How often do you actually see these vehicles with more than one or two passengers in them? If the issue were really vehicle size then pop culture the pop culture Oddessys and the Trajets would also be being roundly condemned here. Size per se is therefore not the issue here ... it's those who purchase the larger 4WD's for their percieved safety value or social icon status and never get close to using them for their designed function who should be condemned.The bottom line is that if I were to buy a vehicle now that I have moved to Sydney I pop culture would buy a smaller and more nimble vehicle, the size of a Holden Vectra or a Mazda 6. In the meantime I promise to make appropriate use of my mid sized 4wd, and also drive around with the smug feeling that I am well equipped to keep my gorgeous girlfiend very satisfied.
